That’s because the Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining all of your community’s common areas. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you’ll always be proud to call it your home.

Items covered by the HOA

• Daily maintenance and management of all common elements, including Community Center and Tennis Courts
• Snow removal includes driveways and walkways
• Weekly lawn mowing or as needed
• Lawns are fertilized every spring and fall
• Mulch planter beds every other year
• Prune plants as needed and winterize beds
• Pump sewer septic tank every four years
• Real Estate taxes on common land and Community Building
• HOA insurance policy on common land and Community Building

HOA Dues – $250.00 per month
